By accessing and using the ParryUp™ website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Service
ParryUp provides scheduling, scoring, and management tools for fencing academies, clubs, coaches, and fencers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access to our systems, distribution of malware, or harassment of other users.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ParryUp, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
